RythConnections' Hand-in-Hand Program (HHP)--seeking to provide a mentoring and academic tutoring platform to K-12 students, especially those with special needs--started in June 2025 with just three tutors. Since then, it has grown to a team of 19 tutors who have worked with 21 students, ranging from kindergarteners to 8th graders, and have amassed more than 240 hours in lessons.
